Hey guys. How February treated you so far?
I am not in a great mood today and it was because of the HOUSE.
Ya, it’s was since last year I am weighing to this plan and early this month finally I made up my mind to buy a house (of course after a long discussion with the sales agent) and after considering lots of factor, I decided just to buy 1 room’s Apartment.
So today, I went to see the Principal because some of the documents need his signature. Here are the conversations between me and the principal inside his messy room.
Principal: berapa harga rumah?
Me: 150k
Principal: berapa mau loan?
Me: kelayakan saya 255k, so itu yang saya mohon lah.
Then suddenly he stared at me with his eyes wide open.
Principal: Kau ini mahu menipu kerajaan, kerana kakitangan kerajaan macam kaulah yang menyebabkan nama kakitangan lain akan tercemar. Kenapa perlu mohon 255K kalau harga rumah hanyalah 150K.
And blah, blah, blah (I still remembered every single of his bad words clearly but I don’t feel want to write it here)
Just imagined how my reaction in front of the monster him. My face turned into red. Tunduk, angkat muka sekejap and tunduk again.
As I am writing this post, I still wonder why he saying should like that. To be honest I don’t have any experiences in buying a house and I applied for the 255k loan based on what the sales agent advised to me. I don’t have any intention to menipu kerajaan or whatsoever. If I really want to menipu I will tell him the house’s price is RM200k instead of telling him the right amount, right? Why on the earth he simply accused me as menipu? It’s humiliating to me.
He evens rang up the PPD and after hang up the phone he arrogantly said to me these words – saya tidak mahu sign, kena mohon ikut actual selling price juga.
Well, it is not a big problem for me to apply the loan amount based on the actual selling price but, He is my problem now. I don’t think I will come to see him again and one thing I am very sure now is I do not respect him anymore. He is gila not so professional.
I need to get my mental ready from now on. Sooner or later I bet he will bringing up this menipu issue in the staffs meeting.

Sia x tau mcm mana dia blh jd principal oh, sangatlah kurang ajar. Rasanya dia pun teda experience beli property ni, walaupun harga rumah tu 150k, kena kira juga hidden cost macam urusan dgn ejen hartanah…ada fee kali ah
. If you happen to meet him again tell him the reason for the extra loan. Anyway mana location tu apartment Kay, mcm expensive jg for 1 room apartment.

oh…. sepa nama tu Prinsipal?? skolah mana?? ^_^.v.. Senang ja urus tu, ko pigi trus di bahagian Daerah.. oh ya, ko kasi sa detail tu prinsipal ko kunun.. ^_^.v.. Mo cek..
and 1 lagi, BUKAN DUIT DIA BAYAR TU LOAN, duit kau..
.. ha ha ha.. kasi ingat dia pasal itu..
maybe dia beli rh baru tak dapat2
Gilak juga tu principal….tida kena mengena pun sama dia…..mana develepor juga ko berurusan ni cath…walaupun hg rumah tu RM150k tapi belakang nanti banyak kos2 tersembunyi cath..mo ambil kunci pun mo guna duit…kalau puluh saja tida apa…ini mo beribu juga…..tp bg sa cath terlalu mahal tau RM150k utk 1 bilik saja….klu tida terlalu menyibuk area mana ko ambil ni, berapa square feet tu rumah…bole juga sa bg idea2 sikit samada berbaloi ka ko beli tu rumah….
kenapa ko nda cakap…ni utk mau full furnish the house and renovate sana sini?
Astaga,Teruk n mmg tidak professional oh tu penyuTUA. Kalau sy jumpa tu org, sy ckp ma dia balik “gara2 org mcm ko ni lah, semua warga pendidik dicop unprofessional”… lgpun bkn mmg biasanya kita kena advice utk loan maksimum supaya cover surcharge yg lain2 kah tu. biasanya mmg loan extra supaya ada lg boleh bikin renovate kah, furniture kah.. hehehe kalau pengetua kami tu, ok ja tu sign without tanya.
hi cath..aduii..teruknya principal tu tau..walaupun saya blm pernah beli rumah, tapi pernah sdh tanya2 info mmg loan kita mesti lebih dr actual price sbb byk benda lain mau bayar..menopos kali principal ko tu cath..mmg tidak profesional o..aduii..sabar ja ko cath.
kuajaq tok cakap bebaik suda.dat guy mulut memang ada serupa longkang!

Mimang betul lah dia tidak professional..trus main cakap begitu lagi tu…betul2 no respect woh!!
knp pula dia mau ckp mcm tu kay…sa inda tau apa motif..aik kalau mau loan mau loan ngam2 ka harga rumah..mengkali dia pun menipu kan since dia ada cakap mcm tu..he eh e

anyway,sabar jak la…kuatkn smgat aa…
teruk juga tu manusia…berlagak saja la kunun tu..urg tdk tau kenapa la ckp n bg penjelasan bagus2

Kay, buli saya tau ka ko punya guru besar ni under PPD mana? Tambirang betul ni. Baru jadi guru besar pun sudah begini perangai. PPD tida perlu orang begini ni.
